Had a great xmas at this hotel! Loved that the location was close to the train station and bus depot, making it easy to get to and from the airport and visit Ephesus. Breakfast included was basic but satisfying.
The bathroom was a bit dismal, but it still functioned. The bed sheets looked a little tatty and the blankets didn't have covers.

This hotel offers great value for money, with budget-friendly prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident, from the individually controlled A/C and heating in the rooms to the daily cleaning service. The location in the heart of the town center is ideal, making it convenient to explore all the local attractions. The staff here are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
All was well with this hotel, leaving no room for improvement.

Good location. Near to Otogar (but not 100m as represented)
Fair breakfast. Had a smell and several flies in the room. Bathroom did not look very clean. Rooms were not soundproofing at all and you could listen to convo of another room very clearly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and responded well to all my requests. The location was excellent, right by the bus station and close to shops, restaurants, and the Saturday market. The room had a nice little balcony, although it would've been even better if there was a chair to use both inside the room and on the balcony. The air conditioning worked great, which was a relief during the hot weather. The breakfast, while nothing fancy, was quite okay considering the affordable room rate. the hotel had clean facilities and the staff provided excellent service.
Absolutely nothing.

Big room, clean, quiet, good location close to bus station and downtown
Breakfast not included, tour proposed by hotel manager is way too expensive at 45 euros

This hotel in the town centre exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we stepped into our room. The comfortable beds and air conditioning ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with a variety of options for seeing the sites at great prices. Additionally, the location in the centre of town allowed us to easily explore the local markets and experience the traditional Turkish feel of the quaint Selcuk.
All was just fine.

The location. But Selcuk is small town, so other hotels are located in small town.
Hotel did not chage bed sheet! Bathroom is small, and not equiped properly. Furthermore, it's not cheap. 셀축에 한국분들이 워낙 많이 가기 때문인지 이 호텔에도 한국분들이 많이 다녀간 듯합니다만, 완전 비추입니다. 참고하세요.

The hotel is close to the bus station and train station (as most of the hotels in Selcuk) which made it easy to get in and out of the town. Free wireless internet (worked fine) and free a/c for a low price were also the reasons it's worth booking.
The rooms are very simple: just a bed, desk and bathroom. No shower curtain in the shower, it's all once space. The description says the beds are orthopedic, for me the bed looked very standard. The hotel leaflet says the breakfast time is from 7 to 10 but when I went to the little restaurant around 9 there was nothing set up and I didn't have time to wait someone's going to start preparing it. The reception staff didn't have my reservation in their papers and they had to ask me what I'm supposed to pay and if my reservation includes breakfast or not, didn't seem very professional.

This hotel is a great choice if you're on a budget and looking for good value for your money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the central location in the town center. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the air conditioner and hot water, work just fine. Additionally, the breakfast, which includes an omelette, is a nice touch and helps start the day off right.
The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as I noticed some stains and hair from previous guests.
